MasterSpas, the manufacturer, has been building hot tubs and swim spas for over 30 years. MasterSpas Factory Direct now operates factory-owned, factory-direct retail stores in Katy, Conroe, and Boerne, Texas.

Yes. Most hot tub stores are independent dealers. MasterSpas Factory Direct is owned and operated by the manufacturer, giving customers direct access to factory pricing, inventory, parts, and support.

MasterSpas hot tubs and swim spas are Made in the USA with U.S. and imported components. They are assembled in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Where is MasterSpas Factory Direct located?
MasterSpas Factory Direct has three Texas showrooms: Katy, Conroe, and Boerne.
What areas do you serve?
MasterSpas Factory Direct serves customers across a large portion of Texas. Our Katy and Conroe showrooms serve the Greater Houston area including The Woodlands, Montgomery, Spring, Kingwood, Baytown, Sugar Land, Pasadena, Galveston County, Brazoria County, and surrounding Southeast Texas communities. Our Boerne showroom serves San Antonio, New Braunfels, the Hill Country, Victoria, Corpus Christi, the Rio Grande Valley, and South/Southwest Texas. We do not serve the Austin or Dallas metro areas.
Do you only sell locally, or can you sell nationwide?
While the primary service area is Texas and surrounding states, MasterSpas Factory Direct can sell and coordinate delivery nationwide when feasible.
What is the difference between a hot tub and a swim spa?
