Do you deliver and place the hot tub or swim spa?
Yes. Delivery and placement are included. Units are placed exactly where the customer wants them, when site conditions allow.
Do you hook up electrical and plumbing?
No. A licensed electrician is required for electrical hookup. All MasterSpas units are self-contained and only require a power source and water from a garden hose.
What is required to install a hot tub or swim spa?
A level surface such as a concrete pad, pavers, or reinforced deck, proper electrical service, and adequate access for delivery.
How long does delivery take after purchase?
Delivery can happen as quickly as 24–48 hours for in-stock models or may be scheduled weeks out depending on availability and customer preference.
