Proper installation ensures years of trouble-free enjoyment. Our team will guide you through every step of the process.

Installation Process

  1. Site Preparation: Ensure your installation site has a level, solid foundation. We recommend a reinforced concrete pad or properly constructed deck.
  2. Electrical Setup: Most hot tubs and swim spas require 220V electrical service. A licensed electrician should install a dedicated circuit per local codes.
  3. Delivery Day: Our professional delivery team will carefully place your spa in the prepared location using specialized equipment.
  4. Final Connection: Your electrician completes the final hookup. Our team will provide a full orientation on operating your new spa.
