What if my backyard has difficult access?
We're experienced with challenging deliveries. For tight access or elevated decks, crane services are available. We'll assess your site and recommend the best approach.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Yes, someone 18 or older must be present to accept delivery and sign paperwork. We'll review spa operation during the orientation.
