No. Walk-ins are welcome at both locations. Appointments are recommended if you want a dedicated consultation or a wet test.

Can I try a hot tub or swim spa before buying?
Yes. Swim spa wet tests are available by appointment. Seeing and feeling the water in person is one of the biggest advantages of visiting the showroom.
